With the aim of fostering a caring culture among children, we have formed the first Kid Volunteer Team since 2007, and further expanded to managed properties including Laguna City, Villa Esplanada, Vianni Cove, Central Park Towers, Nob Hill, Banyan Garden and The Pacifica.

By actively fulfilling corporate social responsibility, Citybase has been awarded the Caring Company Logo by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service for more than 10 consecutive years. In addition to staff caring and promoting environmental protection, the Citybase Volunteer Team was formed in 2005 with the belief of Caring the Community●Supporting Self-Reliance. Staff and occupants are encouraged to participate in voluntary activities at their leisure. There are nearly 500 members in the Citybase Volunteer Team committing more than 10,000 hours of service every year. Citybase has also continuously received 10,000-Hour Volunteer Service Award and The Gold Award for Volunteer Service from the Social Welfare Department since 2008. As recognition of Citybase’s efforts in promoting community service, the Highest Service Hour Silver Award (Corporate) was granted by the Agency for Volunteer Service in 2014 and 2015.
