Management Trainee (Property Management)
We offer a 4-year on-the-job development programme which is designed as an early career path for graduates wishing to become a professional manager. During the training period, you will benefit from a mentor system and on-going performance coaching. Upon successful completion of the training programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager with potential advancement to senior management position.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates in any discipline, preferably in Property / Housing Management
- Be ready to undergo intensive training and acquire skills and techniques to become a further professional manager in Property Management Industry
- Be prepared to work hard to overcome future challenges
- Have good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Have good communication and presentation skills
