To promote occupational safety and health education and provide a safe and comfortable environment to our staff, occupants and visitors, an Occupational Safety and Health Policy has been adopted to ensure staff meet legal obligations in this aspect, as well as understand the importance of following proper procedure when undertaking potential hazardous tasks. In addition, "5S management system" has been implemented at various properties and certificates have been awarded at the "Good Housekeeping Forum & Award Presentation" by Occupational Safety & Health Council as a recognition of their efforts. Our staff have also been awarded Champion, Runner-up and 2 merit awards in "5S Slogan Competition".

What's more, Kingswood Villas have been awarded "Excellent Performance for Safe and Healthy Estate" Certificates in The Hong Kong Safe and Healthy Estate Accreditation Scheme, the highest accolade of the Scheme.
